Chris is the Human Resources Director at Myrtle Consulting Group and plays a lead role in defining and executing our HR strategy and processes. Chris has over 18 years of HR management experience working in industrial business lines, such as food and beverage, oil and gas, petrochemicals and utilities. Prior to joining Myrtle, Chris worked for Fortune 500 companies such as CenterPoint Energy and Westlake Chemical Corp.
Throughout his career, he has focused on successfully partnering with the business to improve HR processes and provide excellent HR services. Chris has led multiple complex efforts in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation and benefits across both small and large organizations. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Capella University and is pursuing his master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
Chris resides in the Houston area with his wife and four kids. His hobbies include martial arts, running and working out at the gym.
