Kevin Welch is a director at Myrtle, helping provide clients with best practices from other industries, having worked across food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, consumer goods, building products, chemicals, and oil and gas. He has more than 12 years of professional consulting experience, working shoulder to shoulder with clients all over North America.
Kevin has experienced amazing opportunities working across Europe and Southeast Asia that have allowed him to learn new business strategies, cultural practices, and refine his engagement skills. Prior to becoming a director, Kevin worked as a project manager and lead analyst. As a project manager, Kevin worked with the operations team to actively drive results, unlock value across operating platforms, and provide front line leadership and change management. He has a proven track record of performance on engagements that range across both single site projects as well as multi-site international network transformations.
As a lead analyst, he worked intimately with client leadership teams to identify operational opportunities and develop customized solutions to help achieve strategic goals. Kevin attended Babson College, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business and was a member of the Ice Hockey team. He is currently pursuing his Executive MBA at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
When not hiking or biking throughout New England, he and his wife, Julie, are out chasing their passion of travel. They share an affinity for traveling the globe to study foreign cultures and immersing themselves in the local way of life.
