Ramon is a Transformation Director at Myrtle Consulting Group. He has spent more than 16 years in the consulting industry leading transformation projects in multiple industry sectors. His technical expertise includes production optimization, maintenance and reliability.
Prior to joining Myrtle, Ramon spent thirteen years with Celerant Consulting (later becoming Hitachi), where his professional experience landed him in the U.S., UK, Canada, Chile and Trinidad.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. Upon Graduation, Ramon spent time working as a manufacturing engineer for Texas Instruments and Wal-Mart where he learned first-hand how to resolve issues at the operational level.
After spending several years in industry, he joined the consulting ranks where he has worked for a variety of companies in Chemicals, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Oil & Gas, and Pulp & Paper industry sectors.
Ramon resides in Arkansas with his wife and their two young kids. His wife, Leslie, is a founder of 3W Magazine, which focuses on inspiring a culture of giving. When not directing transformational projects, he enjoys cheering on the Razorbacks and loves the outdoors including fishing with his daughter, hiking and backpacking.
