To do this, Myrtle consultants conduct an on-site walkthrough to familiarize themselves with your operation and better understand your desired objectives. From there, an Assessment and Validation Scan (AVS) is used to develop an in-depth scope of work and to determine the deployment model best suited for your company. We use the results from both qualitative and quantitative analyses to develop hypotheses regarding potential improvement opportunities for your operation and then assess if the budget, timeline and cultural fit are optimal for continuing the project.
