Sean serves as managing director for Myrtle in Canada, where he is responsible for the growth and development of the business. With more than 25 years of experience in industry and management consulting, Sean is a creative problem-solver with a collaborative approach. Over the years, he has worked closely with both global and local businesses ranging in value from $300 million to more than $40 billion. Sean works with clients facing growing competition, regulatory pressures and volatile market conditions, helping them to reduce operating costs, reenergize profitability and improve processes and systems that drive behavioral change.

Sean specializes in innovative business solutions that are crafted based on in-depth analysis of each particular client’s challenges and goals. He has implemented a full range of operational excellence programs including Lean Sigma, process reengineering, integrated supply chain solutions, organizational effectiveness, team leadership training, operational readiness, OEE and maintenance and reliability, to name a few. His work spans many industries, including asset-intensive industries like oil and gas, chemicals, construction and utilities, as well as consumer packaged goods, discrete and process manufacturing, and telecommunications.

Having worked across Canada from Edmonton to Toronto, Sean has a comprehensive understanding of the Canadian market. He graduated with a business commerce degree (Finance major) from the University of Alberta and is a member of a number of business organizations, including the Global Business Forum, Calgary Petroleum Club, Canadian Institute of Mining and SAIT Polytechnic Institute Chairman’s Circle.
